I think that Alex City already has all the common restaurant types, except maybe Italian.

Chicken - JR's, Jim Bob's
BBQ - Sho nuf, Big B
Hamburgers - Buck's
Seafood - Lake Hill
Mexican - El Ranch Grande, Carlos
Chinese - Green Garden, City Buffet, New China
Mixture - Cecil's, Duell's

If I were going to open a restaurant in Alex City, I would either open a JR's-like place with good service, or a Cecil's-like place with sweet tea.
