So let us get this straight. A Nigerian attempts to blow up an airplane near Detroit with no air marshalls on board. Obama is in Hawaii on a 13 day vacation and doesn't address the American people for 3 days. The national counterterrorism director is on vacation skiing and does not feel that this incident was worthy of returning to Virginia to oversee and investigate. Napolitano says originally that everything is fine, that the system worked. Then is turns out that everything was not fine. Is it just me, or do any of you think that as Commander in Chief, Obama should have cut his vacation short, headed back to DC, convened an urgent meeting of all national security personel and at least given the "impression" that he is capable and IN CHARGE??? GF, is this the hope and change you were looking for. Do you feel safer now than when GWB was in charge. Between Fort Hood and now this. Our enemies know that their window of opportunity is now huge and don't think for a minute that it will end now.
