"Hopefully sensible minds will finally realize that it is not necessary or desirable to drop this lake more than ten feet in the winter. We would then have little problem raising it to full pool in ANY spring regardless of the rain variation."

The lowest the lake got this winter was 479.2, on January 5. Are you saying that if they hadn't lowered it that extra 8/10 of a foot, whihc is less than 10 inches, that we would now have more than three feet of water that we don't have now? How does that work?
