Botton line this is apco's lake and they will do what ever they want and could care less about the tax base on the lake. I think they should have not sold the land around the lake if they were going to to have total disregard about the people on the lake. About diggging in the lake you might do some reserch on the pcb's dumped years ago.PCB"S never go away they are just 3 feet under the mud now so if you dig to deep you might find them.
