I used Bullard Garages in B.han about 10 years ago and I am happy with it.  They are factory built, the 4 walls and roof trusses arrive  by flatbed trailer.  They use local guys to pour slab and install shingles and siging which you can choose.  I think D R Horton builds houses this way.  I would at least compare cost vs stick frame.  bullardgarages.com
