And you can probably find other economists that say there won't be a recession.  The truth is that no one knows what the economy is going to do.  If Bill Clinton left the economy in great shape, then do we blame GWB for the downturn it the economy? 

Ecomomists make their money by predicting what the economy will do - but over 50% of the time they are wrong.  And in an election year, who is to say?
