That is in the works for re-licensing, but like any governmental controlled project the process takes years and started long before license expiration. The current license expires in 2013 and current proposals suggest the
winter pool will be 3 feet higher than our current winter pool.  Before that happens, there is always the possibility that APC may request a variation based on drought or other conditions (this has happened a few times in the last few years).
