There is nothing out there less than $200K.. Even the old fishing cabins perched on steep slopes are expensive. I agree things have taken a huge jump the past two years. Newsweek magazine recently rated high schools. A school in Jefferson County Alabama was number one in the good old USA. (Nothing in Georgia made the top 100). Affluent families moving to the lake will do the same for Tallapoosa County. schools. Sit back and watch property values soar.
