I mentioned this in the above post (Life Vests), but you could do like a buddy of mine did. He went to the drivers license division and told them he lost his license. They charged him 15 or 20 bucks and made him a new one. He put the old one (still valid) on his boat and keeps the new one in his wallet. This sounds expensive until you consider that if you did it with a newly renewed license, you wouldnt have to do this again for 4 years.
