Sorry, I hit the wrong key. Yesterday, I turned 62. So I started the day with an early morning 3 mile run and ended the day with my March swim in the late afternoon. The swim and water was so nice, I decided to do a second swim. Boy, the water temp has changed a great deal from my Feb swim to my March swim. I can't wait to do my April swim to complete the 12 month cycle of at least one swim per month for a year. Next, I start my training for the 2009 Lake Martin Peachtree 10K Road Race. This race/run will be the moring of July 4th and everyone is welcome to join me for this run. The 10k will start on the northeast side of Dadeville and end at our house on Tessie Drive in the Sandy Creek area of the lake. More details to come.
