Everybody has their preference of what they like to do. I like to throw an artificial 1/16 oz. chartreuce green jig. The crappie seem to be alittle deeper this year, so let it sink a few seconds
and very slowly retrieve it back. like the old saying goes: When you think you are fishing to slow , slow down.
