SCOTUS is a even more of a club than the Senate.  No doubt they are protecting one of their own or more likely a valuable staff member of one the justices that leaked it.  It's really not that important to me and is more of an ethical lapse on the part of someone.  Hopefully the word is out that the next time it will be much different.  Who knows with these federal govt types.
