Harbor Pointe Condominiums, located next to Harbor Pointe Marina in StillWaters, is currently developing Phase III due to an overwhelming response to its first two phases. Complete with a lighthouse, beach area for full-time and part-time residents, and lakefront pool these 2, 3 and 4-bedroom waterfront units start out in the mid-$300's. Once Harbor Pointe started generating buzz, it didn't take long for developers to realize they would not only need to match the amenities of an upper-scale condominium unit, they might need to expand on it as well. And with that, the resort-style condominiums on Lake Martin were born.
