Just saw that the University of Tennessee is giving Al Gore an honorary Doctorate. The other two to be given this degree are Dolly Parton and Senator Howard Baker. Parton and Baker's contributions are well known and without questions.

Now, UT's Trustees can align themselves with with the Academy Awards Committee and the Nobel Prize Committee in credibility.
