Obama's Justice Dept. will soon have to make a decision concerning the new law for legalization of Marijuana in California. Is this not the same situation.that Holder used to bring the suit against Arizona - State Law super seeding Federal Law. But, I guess that this Administration's ideology is it's OK to grow and use pot; treat illegal immigrants, as citizens; issue free telephones; dollars for Clunkers; special deals for unions on healthcare; and redistribution of the wealth.
