I'm sure that Atty. Gen. Holder and his Hero are well pleased with the not guilty verdict in the civilian courts (1 of 280 counts). Perhaps the bombing of the embassy in Kenya with American deaths (and other nationalities) as being not important.

Was the Prosecuttion that the presiding judge prohibited the calling of critical witnesses. Military courts would have operated under different rules.

Chalk another one up for our brilliant leader.
