I just heard today that Miranda Rights are being read to captured terrorist in Afganistan (and probably any other place in the world). Our illustrous AG Holder, Speaker Pelosi, Majority Leader Reid, The ACLU (Not Civil but Criminal), and our President, BO, are taking this country down the road that will make us a second rate country. I'm not an attorney but does Miranda Rights apply to terrorist captured in Afganistan? Right to an attorney - an attorney will be provided and the government will pay - etc. Are terrorists covered by the Geneva Convention?

As I said earlier, there are a lot of similarities between Venezuela under Chavez, and the USA, under BO. The only difference that I can see is that Hugo has stated what he wants to do and his congress rubber stamps everything. BO has yet to detail who he is but has a "rubber stamp" congress.
