Of all the things associated with Obama since he became President, I believe that this rates near the top of everything ridiculous. Can you imagine this conversation...

1. Do you understand English?
2. I need to read you your Miranda rights.
3. If you want a lawyer, this ends all question.
4. If you can't pay for a lawyer, the USA will provide one.

This means that we will have a difficult time obtaining info. and reacting in an accelerated manner. I'm sure that the group leader, Abdullah, will tell all the warriors to imediately ask for a lawyer in english.

Of course, this person, Ali, may be killed while trying to escape and the american soldier charged with murder because of a CNN, NBC, or CBS camera close by.
