Roswellric.....have you lost the dog or not ! Why would you want the collar decribed. I think that going forward that all lost dog info should go directly to you.......collar description, shoe size ,mug shots, details about the anatomey,marital satus and such so you will be informed so as to identify and properly dispose of the owner or owners .
