I received  a 2 page letter last week from the IRS advising me that I made an error in my calculation and I was due an additioal refund of $.41. I bet Obama's IRS sends me my check before the Conservatives in AL send you yours. I guess the difference is that Obama will borrow the .$41 from China and AL can't borrow.
