So I paid for a turn lane that wasn't needed and that I'll never use? Not surprised. But I guess this waste of money is still less wasteful than Ben's Bridge to Nowhere.

It's almost like living in a monarchy. It doesn't matter how much of a half-wit the king is; he still gets what he wants because he's related to someone who used to be important.
