I'm sorry about your cat. That is really tough. My girls are 15, almost 16, and I know the day is coming. They can hold them for a while on SubQ though. I had a cat with severe CRF and we held her for 6 months with good quality of life on SubQ fluids.

If you want another cat, they had some great cats and kittens at the Lake Martin Humane shelter. I made the mistake of going into the cat room while I was waiting for my new dog. Good thing Feb was with me, or I would have been in trouble.
