And what if he has nuclear secrets? I imagine the codes were changed when he left the WH, and I don't think that anyone in charge of the nucclear weapons is going to take an order from a past President.  I don't know what other "nuclear secrets" there would be.  It's already known exactly how many nuclear weapons we have, and the number other nuclear states have.
