Yesterday was my 6th anniversary for Heart Bypass surgery (5 bypass). I am 49 years old now. I lost 11 lbs, got a good check up and as a bonus I DON"T have to take Blood Pressure meds anylonger. YEA!!!!!! And, I talked to Mark Kosmac over at Clearwater marine this morning while visiting, and he has about talked me into doing the Poke Her and Run.
