I just watched a film clip of the rioting and looting taking place in Minneapolis.  Unfortunately, many of the looters do not appear to be wearing CDC approved facemasks or maintaining required 6 foot social distancing.  Obviously, the governor needs to re-issue another stay-at-home order and require that all of them remain at home, or else they will be in big trouble.  That should do the trick.
