I agree, but I have a picture showing the placement of a girder on the Kowaliga Creek Bridge (Hwy. 63) in 1927. Dixie Construction Company completed building the bridge in 1927. All the girders and concrete forms were delivered by barge after the lake water reached its maximum height, whatever that was, in May, 1927. That was the same bridge all us old-timers remember using before replacing it with the present bridge. So, I would say the lake level had to be at least to the level it is now.
