I did not check with either of the two. If R.L. did take up the buoys they are in violation of the law. Even if they do own the property A.P.C. would have control of anything from the right of way forth. I will ask at the next A.P.C. meeting. I will put out another one in the next couple of weeks. I can promise this, without an under water cutting torch, the next will be there for years to come.
