This is just one of many incredibly stupid, naive and dangerous acts of this incompetent administration. To go after attorneys who provide legal advice and opinions to an administration will simply paralyze this country. What attorney in their right mind would open themselves up to persecution by a subsequent administration? You will either no longer be served by legal counsel if you work for government or the legal counsel would provide all opinions and advice not based on the law but on covering their own a$$es.

Here is my suggestion, if they continue on this path Republicans in Congress should stand up in unison and declare that when they regain control of Congress and/or the White House that they will investigate every member of the Obama administration for every piece of advice they give to the President and will investigate the President for acting on that legal advice. Let's watch the paralysis occur. This is not only without precedent but it is headed down a road where we as a country do not want to go.

This is what we get, HOPEless and CHANGE for the worse.
