Folks, I posted last week seeking info on someone who may pick up/take away junk. Sadly, no names came forward but others seemed to have the same problem.

Through another lake friend, I was given a name and number to try. His name is Philip Goolsby. He has had his own business at the lake for years--primarily doing seawalls, dredging, backhoe work of any kind--driveways, etc. In addition, he is a skilled plumber. I am making sure I keep his name and number. I want to add he is a really nice guy and very professional.

In "spare time" he will pick up/take away whatever junk you need to be removed. He did that for me today, was prompt in replying, showed up with his son, Adam, to help, did a great job and had a very reasonable price. Will he do it for everyone? I think his normal business requirements may limit his time but he agreed to let me post his name and number:

Philip Goolsby
