Sorry about fireworks. Cannot remember last time postponed. Remember lightning in background and having to scurry home.

But....in Castaway area , tonight, we have had a great fireworks display! I love it! Hope we can return the favor Saturday night.

Today's weather was the pits! We had wind coming in to house from South. Porch wet! Many people, with kids, in house! Mexican train dominoes started the day and then they wanted to swim. Parents said YES.....meaning we've been cooped up too long with kids and they needed to work off some of their energy. So, they had fun swimming, diving and sliding. Then one child said...can we go tubing? Enuff said, if you are a grandparent! Off they went...tubing, laughing and having fun! Great July 4th in America!

Hope my grandchildren and etc. will enjoy the same privileges we now enjoy!
