The children of Israel, fleeing the armies of the Pharaoh came to the edge of the Red Sea. God spoke to Moses and said, "Moses, I have some good and bad news."
"Give me the good news, Lord,"said Moses.
"I'm going to part the Sea and allow you to escape," the Lord said.
"Now, Lord, what is the bad news?"
"And the lord said,"You have to fill out the enviromental impact study."
