There is no guilt or innocence at issue if there is no prosecution.  If the DA had a personal vested interest in bringing the indictment beyond the usual fawning from the media and leftists like you, say hiring her boyfriend for the big case so she could personally benefit, then the entire question of whether there was a crime is highly suspect.

Goofy, we get that you already think he is guilty as does most of the left.  You also believe the Russia collusion hoax.  You believe he raped that nutjob, you believe he did something wrong in calling Ukranie asking about evidence of Biden corruption and you believe that Trump doing what every developer does justifies them selectively prosecuting him using some obscure law in a way it has never been used and having a crazed judge return an absurb judgement was just fine.  We get all that.  We disagree and think like NY they will convict regardless of the evidence or the truth. 

We also think all these cases are election interference because they know he can beat Biden who is senile, stupid, ineffective and has presided over one disaster after another.  We believe that had Trump decided not to run most of these cases would have never been brought.  We believe that all these cases are being brought with the advice, prompting and likely direction of the Biden administration because they fear him.
