Have been rebuilding for almost two years and still have a problem finding a place to dispose of old building materials, etc, without taking back to Shelby County.  Apparently Tallapoosa County does not have a public landfill and as a resident of Tallapoosa County you cannot use the dumpsters in Lee County unless you are willing to take the chance of a $500 fine. Does anyone know of a place you can legally dump?
