Well, maybe on the bright side, it will attract other businesses too.  Maybe they'll finally develop the plot of land next to the Walmart that has been advertising a retail outlet to be built for for years now.  Yes, the city is taking on another obligation, but it really isn't worse than the Town Hall.....
