Buy a blue paddle boat. Make a post on this forum that it and dock you mentioned floated up in your slew.
Once it's claimed by a unsuspecting person, pile all the trash and debris on said dock and boat then send it all away with the owners that claim the boat and dock. It's easy.....

How long have you been on the lake and still don't know how to play the game?
