I use the same method Bama uses except I made mine. Used the nozzle that comes with the 5 gallon cans and some clear tubing from Home Depot and some PVC fittings. I've even got a shut off valve on mine. 5 gallons of gas weighs 30 pounds, I just hoist it on my shoulder. It's not that heavy for long. I have to carry mine way down hill too but it's not so bad and an excellent workout.
