As you approach the beach have all passengers move to the rear of the boat then take a straight shot into the beach as fast as can be achieved safely.  Once you start the run also start trimming up the motor.  The higher position of the bow will allow the tubes to slide further up onto the sand and no anchor is needed.  If the water is shallow enough trim the foot back into the sand to help hold in position.
