Dam good hydraulic management at Martin and Harris to get Martin up 5 feet since the beginning of the year--especially when rainfall has been way below 'normal' to date. Should get Martin to 483' on schedule by end of month as long as the Harris pool level bumps along rule curve variance, 787'.
