It would probably take 8-10 inches of rain in a short time all over this part of the Alabama and northeast GA to raise it back up. We have had very little rain - less than an inch here since May. Power company seems to be using very little for power--I 've crossed the dam three times in the past week and the river is dead still below the dam.
