I own one of the houses across the slough from Stoneview Summit. I only get to live there on weekends and the 18 months of construction, noise, dirt, etc has certainly impacted our time at the lake in negative way. In addition, it looks like a cheap apartment complex and does not enhance but rather is a disgrace to our lake. I do not wish upon any lake lover a problem neighbor like this and am hopeful that HOBO can help prevent these ugly monstrosities getting permitted going forward.
