Take a look at the APCo website below. You can go to any of the lakes and tell when they're generating. Lake Martin is currently sending an average of 350 cfs/day downstream--I believe that's the minimum to meet fisheries requirements and it meets FERC variance guidelines.

My guess is they will build up levels in the upstream lakes (Harris) first so they will have that water stored for later, then they'll fill us--not much coming out of Harris right now--that's why we're slow filling. Water doesn't flow up hill too well.

We really haven't had much rain. All that wetness and wind yesterday only gave us 1/2" of rain. We need real rain--4" to 5" days.
