I'm glad we agree that it's positive news.  Several reasons from my perspective. 

One, indeed women that are not partisan hacks will look at this and conclude that she was lying through her teeth.  She didn't claim she was assaulted, she claimed she was raped.  That he was found guilty under a lower standard than a criminal trial of a lesser crime by a Manhattan jury (i.e., 98% Democrats) proves only one thing...find the right venue and you can get a civil conviction.  As for the lower standard, unlike criminal trials civil only requires the preponderance of evidence and doesn't require a unanimous verdict.  There is a reason she never made this claim when it happened much less have him arrested.  She would have to provide evidence....something that is sorely lacking because it never happened.

Two, I've asked a few women if they would recall the date if they were raped.  Ask around and see what they say.  Date, time, hour, minute, second.  Why couldn't she recall the date?  Easy answer....so Trump could not prove he was elsewhere.  Sure, she was raped in a department store bathroom by a famous, wealthy New York developer but she can't recall the exact day.  That'll be fun on appeal when it's out of Manhattan.

Three, most women understand that sometimes and far too often women do in fact lie about rape.  Just look at the recent news on the Buffalo Bills kicker or the Duke lacrosse players and on and on.  Women are not so dumb to not see this for what it was.  A civil case brought by a seriously strange woman that thinks rape is sexy and funded by a billionaire TDS sufferer to damage Trump, not for the primary but for the general election.  There are lots of good reasons not to vote for Trump if you are left leaning...this should not be one of them.

Four, I predict that she will not see a dime and most likely will end up like Stormy...paying his legal fees.

And recall, I do not want Trump as the nominee so this is my unbiased view of all this.  I predicted they would find him guilty, I predict he will be indicted in GA and I predict the SC will likewise find some reason to indict him.  It is all to try to make him win the primary (not that he needs their help unfortunately) and lose in the general election.  Follow the money and the power and the control.  Believe me, it will be all they have in a Trump-Brandon rematch.  They sure can't run on Brandon's record, abysmal as it is.
