John,

As you should be well aware, Lake Martin is the economic engine for this area and particularly Tallapoosa County. As you point out in your post, there are no development regulations that uniformly apply to the area. If development regulations are not at least considered, we will have missed an opportunity to determine what we (the citizens and taxpayers) want the future of the Lake Martin area to be. Otherwise, it may well be determined by someone else.
