Here is one I tried for the first time today. I certainly found it simple enough and quick enough to prepare. Also, found it to be a terrific meal. I used a full tsp of cayene which certainly left it spicey. Might go with 3/4 tsp next time. The mango was so good I might even add another mango. Beautiful dish visually when served. My wife thinks this one is a keeper and is right up there with shrimp and grits.
