I would disagree RR and say reality vs. hysteria. Most have no idea of the value of water front property.

Think of it this way; You have 44,000 + acres of front yard that does not need mowing. In reality, it is so cheap you can not fathom it. You are paying less than a penny per acre.

Wake up folks of the Forum; deeded property on Lake Martin is a true steal. You will never loose money. It is never going to be cheaper (and I do mean cheap) than it is now. The question is not whether it is worth it or not. The question is whether you can afford it or not.

Heck talk about several thousand dollar a foot lake frontage. I just bought several inches when I filled up with gas today in my truck. That is gone. The property will never go away.

I have personally been saying this along with others on the Forum for years now . I guess no one is listening or does not want to hear the truth. Folks, I have no property for sale, and I am not in that business. I am retired and tired. I am giving you my honest opinion. I posted this last year to someone that claimed property was going to drop.

I am extremely conservative in my estimates. Mark my words, you have not seen anything yet.

Just keep dreaming. Next year it will be out another 20%. Trust me.
