Thanks for the question rude evin. We are most pleased with the quaility of work and attention to detail by our builder. That being said - things are moving at glacial speed. I have actually accused the buillder of placing our new seawall in the wrong place.

The decking or better indentified as a veranda (Southern term since it is covered) will help bring things a little closer to water view (LOL). Although, there is now space enough between the house and Lake to provide for additional veranda construction and an official size miniture golf course (absent a water obstacle).

I am currently researching how I can convert my 10 HP snow blower into a roter tiller for the new expanse of garden property. Should I send soil samples to Auburn for analysis for recommended crops that grow in a dry climate? Do deer eat catus?

Yes, it maybe cheaper in the future to pay for work with beer than bottled water. We can expect the price of ice tea to skyrocket.
