Thanks Osms, We are going to be having one of those kind of sales on the Virginia end to include a yard sale too. LOL.

I assume you and your lovely spouse are now full timers?

There was more sarcasm in my response to Maverick than deserved.

Things are going rather well, and I would hope we wiil be full timers this January. It will make it a nice break between States as far as taxes are concerned. Maverick will understand what I am saying.

Things have been a bit slower than expected, and the couple of normally expected surprises. None really too much the fault of the builder, but rather just peferances of the customer. Most of it concerning the landscaping and additional lot environment.

When is the garage sell? I need a garage.
