Last night there was an accident in the Sandy Creek area. One boat which was
sitting in the lake with no lights on was struck by a boat running with its lights
on. A person was ejected from one of the boats and another struck her head
on something in the boat, but fortunately their were only minor injuries. The
marine police was called and their response was that they would call back
at noon today. Should the group that tickets us for minor infractions be
expected to respond to the scene of an accident? Should a breathalyzer(sp)
test be given? What co you think?
