Last week I had some people from work out to the lake to play on the water and have a cookout.

Here is the menu (recipes included as links) :

Appetizers:

• Chips with store-bought "Jack's" salsa and homemade guacamole
• Homemade refrigerator pickles
• cut veggies with store-bought ranch veggie dip

Main:

• Wings
• Sliders  (use basic dinner rolls rather than a burger or slider bun, tastier)
• Grilled lime shrimp
• pasta salad

Dessert:

• Pistachio cake

Everything came out great and we had a great time.
