I was out of town Saturday, and returned home Sunday morning to find 23 messages on my machine. All 23 were for them. That's 23 people who left messages; no telling how many people hung up without leaving a message.

Had I been home, that would have been at least 23 times that the phone rang, and 23 times that I got up to answer it, and 23 times I talked to someone who did not want to talk to me.

When you get 23 calls in one day for someone else, get back with me about whether or not I should be mad. And when it happens almost to you almost every day, I'll even listen.
